2 PROVISION OF THE WEBSITE (LOG FILES)

When you access our website, i.e. even if you do not register or otherwise provide information, information of a general nature is automatically collected. 4 NEWSLETTER
4.1 Description and Scope of Data Processing
Your data is used exclusively to send you the subscribed newsletter by email and, provided you have additionally consented, to analyze how you use the newsletter and any linked content. Your name is collected in order to address you personally in the newsletter and, if necessary, to identify you should you wish to exercise your data subject rights.
To verify that a subscription has actually been made by the owner of an email address, we use the “double opt-in” procedure (DOI procedure) for online registrations. This means that after registering for the newsletter, you will receive an email in which you must confirm your subscription by clicking on a link.
At the time of DOI confirmation, the following data is also stored:
