With over a decade of experience spanning the global aviation industry, Thomas brings a proven record of operational excellence, compliance leadership, and strategic vision to Swiss Sky Aviation.
As Managing Director, Thomas leads the company with a clear mission: to ensure every client achieves sustainable growth through robust compliance, safety, and performance standards. His expertise bridges the worlds of commercial and regulations in aviation — having worked with more than 25 Civil Aviation Authorities worldwide.
Thomas’ career has taken him through some of Europe’s most demanding aviation environments, where he consistently drove measurable improvements in safety, compliance, and business performance. With one of his projects, he increased business revenue by 25% within one year, tripled the workforce, and established a new Wheels & Brakes Shop handling over 2,500 annual events within 3 months.

At Swiss Sky Aviation, that hand belongs to Tassilo, our Chief Operating Officer — a calm, detail-oriented aviation professional whose structured approach ensures excellence in every operation.
With a background combining aviation engineering, supply chain management, and operational leadership, Tassilo embodies precision, composure, and consistency. Where others see complexity, he sees structure — and where others react, he anticipates. His ability to remain composed under pressure and his focus on detail make him the quiet force ensuring that Swiss Sky Aviation delivers flawless results, every time.
Tassilo’s career spans key roles at Pilatus Aircraft, Wizz Air, Swissport International, and Cargologic, where he demonstrated a rare blend of analytical thinking and operational pragmatism. At Pilatus Aircraft, he joined the supplier quality management division, implementing a framework that significantly reduced non-conformance issues across the supply chain and strengthened EASA, FAA, and ISO compliance throughout the supplier network.
As Ground Operations Manager at Wizz Air, he managed the safe and efficient running of multiple European bases, ensuring punctuality, safety, and collaboration among diverse stakeholders across 40+ countries.
